Reservation Policy:

Reservations are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations at our discretion.

Guests are encouraged to inform us of any changes to their reservation in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

Please notify us promptly if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.

Failure to provide sufficient notice for cancellations may result in charges or restrictions.

Dining Experience:

Guests are expected to adhere to our restaurant's dress code and behave respectfully towards staff and fellow patrons.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for disruptive behavior.

Menu and Pricing:

Our menu and prices are subject to change without notice.

Specials and promotions may have specific terms and conditions.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when making a reservation or placing an order.

While we make efforts to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Payment:

Payment is due at the time of service.

We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as specified.

Online Order Policy:

PickUp order may take up to 20-30 minutes & Delivery Orders will take up to 45 to 1 Hour depending upon the size & time of the order.

Delivery will be made in the given address. In case of sudden change of the delivery address; restaurant will not be responsible.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Additional changes in the order can be made via phone order.

In case of missing orders; Refund will be made on the same card provided during order placement.

Intellectual Property:

All content on our website, menu, and promotional materials is the intellectual property of Freddie's Sports Bar & Grill. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
